Nice rooms let down by poor mgmt/maintenance AC didnt work so room was warm or very noisy if you leave window open. No onsite presence between 10pm and 3pm each day. Main door locks left us locked out on a few occasions

Very clean, and tidy. It was very easy to obtain the keys. Also, the placement of the room was perfect, very close to the city center and not too long of a walk from the train station. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent wine collection! Great staff. Buts its NOT a hotel. Its just what it says it is: a great wine bar, with a few clean room updstairs. Dinner can be had across the street at a nice little asian restaurant, and breakfast down the street at a great cafe. VERY nice and friendly old town neighbourhood.

Dobry hotel na wypad 2 - 3 dniowy w pokoju 2 osobowym. Brak szafy to duży mankament. Łazienka OK, pościel jak na lato zbyt ciepła a miejsca na odłożenie z boku zbyt mało.

Amplio y limpio. En el centro de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable. El baño de la habitación para 5 me encanta! Bajo el hotel, en la recepción tienen un bar de vinos. Muy recomendable.

Stan miejsc noclegowych bardzo satysfakcjonujący. Czyste i zadbane pokoje. Pani za barem oraz Panie z obsługi sprzątającej bardzo miłe i uprzejme. Okolica atrakcyjna natomiast sąsiedztwo pubu z muzyką na żywo nie pozwoliło zasnąć do godzin porannych. Rozumiem, że ciężko za to winić właścicieli natomiast jest to istotny fakt do odnotowania. Po nieudanym odpoczynku i braku snu w nocy czekała nas niestety już zdecydowanie żenująca sytuacja. W obecności innych osób została nam przekazana informacja, że śniadanie ( za które zapłaciliśmy) nam się nie należy. Po braku kontaktu z managerem musieliśmy wykonać kilka innych telefonów i dopiero wtedy zostały nam zwrócone pieniądze za śniadanie, którego nie dostaliśmy co postawiło kropkę nad "i" do ogólnej niskiej oceny za cały pobyt. Traktuję to jako jednorazową, nieudaną przygodę i na pewno więcej do tego miejsca nie wrócę.

Best place for tourist, especially if you stay just one day in this historic city. You could access to almost every famous spots by walk from this hotel. From the balcony, you can see beautiful scenery of the city.
