"Staff was very friendly. It was a very loud property, the street noise and then hallway noise as well. It was clean enough, but for the price I didn’t think it matched accordingly. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, during checkin I overheard another guest saying their AC stopped working as well. Beautiful views and location - it got the job done for what we needed but I thought it was very overpriced."

"Rooms needs more mirrors and better bathroom lighting. Bathroom fans also did not work. Overall experience was excellent "

"The room was in poor condition - the light was flickering, the showerhead was dripping, and there was a noticeable mold smell. The balcony was also missing a chair. Room service was supposed to be every other day, but it was still missed. Service overall was very poor. There are only two pools, neither temperature controlled, so the water is cold. There is very little to do at the resort. Overall, the property appears to be struggling."
