"Communication prior to our arrival was fine. When we went to the rental office to pick up the key, we were told that we had to be at the apartment at noon the next day in order to let the cleaning lady in and to give her the key as there was only one key. The young woman at the rental office was apologetic. We accepted the one and only key and headed to the apartment. The location was ok as was the building.
