The property is 4 km from the center of Oloron (10,000 residents), 40 minutes from Pau, 5 minutes from a water park (open mid-June to early September), 1.5 hours from Atlantic beaches, and 50 minutes from ski resorts (Gourette, Artouste, Arette La Pierre St Martin).



You’ll also be surrounded by the Jurançon vineyards and many hiking trails.



The rental includes the house, terraces, courtyard parking, and a 3,000 m² garden. An extra 20 m² bedroom on the second floor, with two beds (140x190 cm), air conditioning, TV, and sofa, can be arranged on request (available for an extra fee).



A stream (the Auronce) borders the property for 2 hectares, perfect for trout fishing.



Per person: beds made on arrival and towels available for an extra fee. Electricity included up to a certain usage, excess available for an extra fee.
