"It's a very beautiful hotel and the front desk people Audrey and William were so helpful. They listened to our complains and acted promptly. They changed our rooms when it got so hot and the AC wasn't working. Audrey went the extra mile to offer us free breakfast to apologize for the AC problem but unfortunately, we overslept and couldn't go for the breakfast. We love this hotel and we will recommend it to our friends. Thanks for your service."

"My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊"
