"It’s a quaint hotel with 4 buildings surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and birds. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when there was a power outage in our building. They resolved the problem quickly and were so nice to provide us extra waters and a dinner at no charge. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo ruins. "

"This is a gem in the heart of Ollantaytambo! I came here after having experience a not-so-well checkin experience elsewhere, but Meda at the reception was so kind and accomodating. The checkin was smooth, the room is decent for a one-night stay (as I did) and the common areas are so beautiful! Besides the great mountain views, I was more impressed by their service during my checkout. I had to leave way early to catch the train leading to Machu Picchu, which would have meant that i had to skip brekfast (included). In response, they Meda and her coworker prepared me a food bag with allt the essential for my trip. They didn't have to do that, but I was so glad they did. "
