"I arrived late, very stressed, after a very difficult bike ride from Napoli, at 850pm. She instructed me to go get some food imediately ( before the dining room closed at 9pm ) and after a good meal I finally felt human. I appreciated her insight into my needs then and am hugely grateful. Room was fine. In the morning the help from a young chap on reception to help me with a WiFi issue was above and beyond. Please tell him the maps loaded and I am now cycling happily to Sicily . Well done the reception team . A huge thank you "

"We only stayed one night and checked in the afternoon but it did not look like the photo. Lift was tiny and very old. Breakfast was fine. I would suggest eating out for lunch and dinner as it was €25 for dinner and we discovered it to be much cheaper out. The local supermarket makes sandwiches that were divine and cheap."
