"Always enjoy staying here. Near Plumas Street where there are several dining options. Close to Marysville. Staff can be courteous and not so courteous at times. I think they had me and an Amazon delivery man waiting for a total of 5 minutes at the front desk to ask for assistance. I have a feeling they have a camera facing the customers and if they don’t then they should. That surveillance of the front desk should be available in the back office. I ended up calling the hotel and one of the three people that morning finally came up front from the back office. Some staff look miserable and some staff are happy to work there. "
