The location is 20-25 min walk to center and all the squares and popular quarters Bairro Alto, Baixia, elevator Santa Justa, etc. There is Rua Esperanza (street) right down the hill from the house which has a great little cafe and restorant. We loved the counter in the bathroom, it was huge and fit all our things. "Spotless, well equipped, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Couple of tweaks needed, side tables or wall mounted shelves either side of the bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on. More seating outside. Otherwise, wonderful property. "

"The house is very nice and clean. However the last three days we had no hot water. The last day and night we had no electricity. The host came over and could not help. She just kept saying it was not her fault. I agree I do not think it was her fault, but I really do not care who is at fault. It was not due to a power outage. Every other house in the neighborhood had power. Also the first night there where no Linens, sheets or pillow cases on one of the beds. And there was no book of complaints....

"Good location. We utilized the parking which was a key factor in choosing this location. Communication was good. The place was clean but lacked some supplies. Needed more towels for our group of 8. The place does not have A!C but we were there when it was hot. It was still okay. Overall a good value for our needs."

"Le propriétaire a mis à disposition le logement à 16H30 au lieu de 15H pas respecté le contrat. Le logement était sale à différents endroits, dont la douche pleine de sable, four crasseux, table... Porte d'entrée pas sérieux verrou. Le garage n'est pas disponible, allée encombrée par d'autres voitures, en bas parking payant. Escaliers dangereux pas adapté, manque lumière. Voies du train juste le long du logement, tremblements du logement tard le soir et très tôt le matin , plus bruits des...

"The apartment is exactly as described. It felt bigger than the pictures portrayed. It was great to have the 2 bathrooms. The owner is very nice and friendly. Only 2 minor negatives firstly the bin collection is very early and loud (not much can be done about it) and secondly, there are those annoying fruit flies, we just got some fly spray. Overall a great place to stay a short distance from Lisbon Centre. Thank you for hosting us."
