"Book a room for a few days, I was late one day for my check in and they charged me a “no show” fee and canceled my whole reservation this was after sending them a notification. I had to book a complexly different book on the same day with absolutely crazy rates because I had no choice. At check in I had a filipina lady be super rude and very dismissive. They charged me, and canceled my whole reservation. That’s just crazy. I lost a a lot of money. Absolutely dissatisfied and will never book here again. 0 star rating if I could. "

"Was there 6 days, room never got cleaned. Outside parking lot was full of large potholes and garbage everywhere. Front desk staff seemed indifferent, not very friendly. Only elevator broken down multiple times. Hotel not really worth the money. "

"The breakfast is awesome, they have lots of choices. We stay here for the continental breakfast. The rooms are nice and always clean and staff is great. "

"It’s perfectly fine for what it was as the price I paid. Minimal staff and the laundry price changed while I was there- $3.50 to $5 a load. Changed my own bedding. The rooms was pretty dusty and no one cleaned for the 2 weeks I was there. Convenient to highways and grocery, gym. Pretty quiet. Could do with more useable outdoor spaces. Fremont ranked happiest city in the country- unless you’re black. They just stare at you. I noticed a huge stain on the mattress when I was changing the bedding, and I never slept right after that night. I dont know why people always want reviews. I’m going to tell the truth. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk who checked me in. I appreciate your spirit!"
