Luxury renovated house in the typical Algarvestil

The house was completely rebuilt in 2012 and combines style elements of the Algarve with modern and comfortable living and well-being on 2 floors. The house is located in the historic center of Fuzeta. From the approximately 45 square meters large roof terrace opens up a view of the sea, over the roofs of Fuzeta and the mountains in the interior. The house has a modern kitchen open to the living and dining area and a large brick barbecue in the yard. For bicycle tours there are 2 bicycles available.

Great house

Very well equipped house with a fantastic roof top terrace, we found Fuseta a great spot with good restaurants and beautiful beaches ( our favourite restaurant was Rui s) Big thanks to Margarita and Nelia

Great place in a good location

Very clean, comfortable, quiet freindly neighbours, a fantastic bbq and very well equiped fof self catering. Close to a local shop. Train station in easy distance and you don't hear the trains.Suits us very well. Very nice and helpful owners.

Amazing Stay in Fuseta

We were so impressed with this accommodation, probably one of the best places we have stayed in. Incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly want and more! Great roof terrace too. The communication from the host was prompt and helpful. Fab location near to the town, beach, great restaurants, bars, shop and train station which is so cheap! We recommend the property to anyone wanting a home from home stay. Thank you!

Fabulous house

The house in Fuseta is truly wonderful. It’s spacious, immaculately clean, with modern renovations. The terrace is a lovely spot for stargazing, and the kitchen and bathroom are both new and fully equipped. A small note for future guests: the Vrbo address was Olhao, but the house is in Fuseta, so double-check the location before arriving. We really enjoyed our stay, the Ria beach and Fuseta beach easily reachable by ferry. We also visited Faro and Tavira. Thank you..

Agradável e tranquila

A casa está bem equipada, não falta nada. Tem bastante espaço. A zona do grelhador é óptima, comprar peixe fresco e grelhar ali é um mimo. A zona do terraço é de aproveitar ao máximo, tanto de dia para um almoço debaixo do chapéu, como à noite para observar as estrelas. Resumindo, dá o que mais aprecio numas férias, tranquilidade e conforto.

Alles was man braucht und mehr

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr gut gepflegt. Auch die Lage empfanden wir als optimal. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es in unserem Fall immer am nahegelegenen Bahnhof, vermutlich kann man aber auch einfach direkt vor der Wohnung in der Seitenstraße parken. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und die Restaraunt sind alle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben den Ort sehr in Herz geschlossen und vor allem der Strand (mit Boot erreichbar) war einfach traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ganz wunderbar!

Toll! Das Haus hat wirklich alles, um einen wunderbar entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight! Fuseta ist ein kleiner Ort, angenehm ruhig, genau das, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Man kann einfach mit dem Zug nach Olhao oder Faro fahren, wenn man möchte, aber man findet alles zum täglichen Gebrauch vor Ort. Baden kann an entweder fußläufig am Strand, oder man nimmt die kleine Fähre zur Insel Armona, wo man an einem langen Strand baden kann. Wir kommen wieder!

Nous serions prêt à relouer ce logement

Nos remarques: - pas de climatisation générale de la maison, seul la chambre fermée est climatisée - il faut considéré plutôt cet appartement comme un T2 avec une seule chambre isolée. - les wc et la salle de bain sont au rez de chaussée alors que la chambre et le lit sur la mezzanine sont au premier étage. - maison de ville, parking des voitures pas facile

Allen anderen Vornutzern können wir uns nur anschließen! Ein wahrlich super ausgestattetes, charmantes und grosses, schönes Apartment in wirklich exzellenter und zentraler Lage in einem so wunderschönen, kleinen, süßen Ort mit absolutem Traumstrand findet man nicht oft. Wunderbar idyllisch!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, Margaridas Haus entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, die herrliche Dachterrasse haben wir oft genutzt! Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, und es war alles da, was unseren Wünschen entsprach! Wundervoll! Fuseta ist ein Ort an der Algarve, den wir im Juni immer wieder besuchen würden, weniger Tourismus und die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich. Eigentlich hätten wir kein Mietwagen gebraucht. Der 2. kleine Bahnhof (Fuseta A ) ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und führte uns zu jedem kleinen Ort, für wenig Geld und absolute Pünktlichkeit. Hervorragend! Wir lieben die portugiesische Küche und würden es genauso wiedermachen. 5 Sterne , Helen

Sehr zu empfehlen

Schon der Empfang war perfekt. Wir durften einige Stunden früher einschecken als angegeben. Das Haus ist vorbildlich eingerichtet, alle Geräte funktionierten, wir hatten noch nie ein so gut geführtes Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt zentral, alles ist fussläufig oder mit Fahrrädern sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch die Umgebung von Fuseta ist mit Bahn und Bus sehr gut zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist nur fürs Hinterland erforderlich. Der Bahnhof liegt nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ria Formosa, der kleine Hausstrand in Fuseta und die Freundlichkeit der Einheimischen. Mardarida stand uns jederzeit bei unseren Fragen zur Verfügung. Urlaub in Portugal

Wunderschöne Gegend! Urlaub in Portugal in allen Facetten genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, hat sehr schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft ist um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht direkt am Haus, war aber für uns kein Problem. Die Tips von Margarida vor Ort waren sehr hilfreich. Margarida ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wunderbar!

Uns hat es super gut gefallen. Die Stadtlage kam uns sehr entgegen, da wir dadurch kurze Wege hatten, ein Auto hätten wir nicht unbedingt gebraucht. Dass es durch diese Lage natürlich etwas lauter war, als außerhalb Fusetas, war uns klar. Aber dennoch waren wir erstaunt, dass sich die Lautstärke absolut in Grenzen hielt. Wir haben es genossen, morgens auf der Dachterrasse zu frühstücken und den Blick über Fuseta zu haben. Der Weg zum Hafen, zur Fähre oder auch zum Ortsstrand ist kurz, maximal 10 Minuten und ein Supermarkt ist in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht, von der Kücheneinrichtung über Strandstühle und Sonnenschirm. Margarida ist eine tolle und liebenswerte Gastgeberin, das Check-in klappte reibungslos, sie gibt viele wertvolle Tipps, ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hat auch am Abreisetag nochmal gezeigt, dass sie absolut hilfsbereit ist und es ihr wichtig ist, dass man bis zur letzten Minute einen entspannten Urlaub genießen kann. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür! Wenn es uns möglich ist, kommen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.

We enjoyed a perfect holiday in a wonderfully renovated house close to the Village Center. The roof terrasse was smashing. Parking was easy ob the church square nearby We could Imagine coming again. And we will recommend the place to Friends.

Vakantieverblijf met dakterras middenin Fuseta

We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Margarida. In de koelkast lagen een fles wijn, fris en bier. Het huis ligt in een typisch "stenen" dorpsstraatje middenin Fuseta, op loopafstand van de belangrijkste voorzieningen. Naar wij begrepen, wordt het huis geregeld bezocht door familie van Margarida. Dat zie je terug aan de spullen in de woonkamer en de keuken (boeken, spelletjes, strandspullen en een royale keukenuitrusting). Wij vonden het ontbijten op het dakterras heerlijk, maar misten tegelijk ook groen rondom huis. Daar staat tegenover dat restaurants en ook het treinstation op loopafstand liggen. Fuseta vonden wij zeer de moeite van ons bezoek waard.
