"The place is fantastic but the waiters not all only the big guy was really good good but the others need so manners !!!!"

"Very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Good selection at breakfast, hot food wasnt very hot as had probably been there since it opened and topped up. Was going to use gym but it smelt, which i think was from being shut up all the time needs door and windows open to let some fresh air in. Only cold food available in evening, would be nice to be able to get hot food, restaurant not open in evening. Pool lovely but not big enough when its full of kids."

"All staff were very friendly and even went the extra mile to lend and find us adapters to charge our phones when we realised we couldn’t find any at shops nearby. Breakfast was great quality and the dining area was clean and spacious. The beds were so comfy, and the hotel is in the perfect location and has a great vibe. Would definitely recommend!"

"The kids loved it, absolutely loved!!! We had a perfect stay, played football, mini golf, shopped and spent close to 10 hours in the Aquadome! Walking distance to both Lego Hose and Legoland. The restaurants were perfect, bit expensive, but Scandinavia will always be pricey for non-Scandinavians! The mini football pitches inside the soft play area (Monky Tonky land) were spectacular as well. All the staff were very friendly, and always ready to bend the rues a bit to help the guests. Only thing would say is that the train that takes you to the accommodation needs more wagons, pls ;) "

"This is a pleasant place to stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Rooms were quiet. Hotel was centrally located and a walk or short Uber ride."

"Jeg er sikker på sportfaciliteterne er helt perfekte, dem benyttede vi os ikke af. Men som hotel alene er det et skrabet sted, og lidt ligesom at overnatte på en skole! Det var svært at finde ud af hvor man tjekker ind, nøglekort blev udleveret løse, med besked om at morgenmaden blev serveret ved siden af bowlingbanen - og intet andet. Ingen info om wifi, eller muligheder for brug af faciliteter osv. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke imponerende, men vi blev mætte. Der er roligt, rent, og bløde senge på hotellet. Personalet er søde, når man finder frem til dem, og hvis man ikke går efter et dissideret hotel, så er det et okay sted at overnatte."

"It was great to have the space, facilities and car parking space for the price that we paid although the lack of information beforehand on the website meant that we didn't know what to expect. Everything was clean and tidy but some lights didn’t seem to work and one cupboard door wouldn't stay shut (little things that won't take much to fix). Breakfast had a good selection to suit different tastes."
