Charming F2 with terrace and parking on the ground floor of a private villa

Close to the beach of Saint-Florent and Lake Padule, below Oletta, an old village also called "La Perle du Nebbiu" because of its rich heritage and culture. The 36m2 ground floor accommodation with private terrace, spacious, quiet, new and very clean is located on the ground floor of a single house (excluding subdivision). By the river with views of mountains and oleanders, surrounded by woods and hiking trails, it is ideally located: just 300 meters from a craft market of local producers (twice a week in season), 3 km from a Leclerc center, 17 km from the center of Bastia and its port and 20 minutes from the airport.
Accommodation composed of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with large dressing room and a bathroom with WC.
Assured and secure parking (fully enclosed land, access by a bridge with digital code portal).
Fully equipped terrace with pergola and awning: table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
Living room with sofa bed 140 for daily use (no need to remove the cushions) and very comfortable mattress.
Television, board games, pocket books, children's books, comics for teens and stereo.
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, fridge, Dolce Gusto machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob and hood.

Tres mignon et confortable appartement

Nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour . Agnes et Jean sont des personnes tres discretes et gentilles et nous avons sincerement aprecie de faire leur connaissance. Rien a redire quant a la qualite de confort de leur petit appartement situe au calme (tres bonne litterie etc etc...)

der Aufenthalt vom 10.-17.06.18 war sehr angenehm.

Die kleine Wohnung im Haus der Vermieter ist sehr zu empfehlen.Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße und ist gut zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist neuwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Alles ist zweckmäßig,aber liebevoll eingerichtet..Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch,hilfsbereit und diskret.Gut aufgehoben sind hier Menschen,die Natur und Ruhe lieben.Die nahen Strände,sowie das lebhafte St.Florent sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Auch sonst kann man in der näheren Umgebung sehr viel unternehmen.Das kleine Weindorf Patrimonio,sowie einige Strände am Cap Corse laden zum Aufenthalt ein.Meine Frau und ich haben die Woche hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.. Un séjour idéal au calme entre mer et.montagne

Nous sommes restés peu de temps mais avons beaucoup apprécié ces deux jours.La maison est très bien située et a été amenagée avec beaucoup de gout. L accueil est sympathique. Dépaysement total dans le maquis Corse non loin de la mer et des belles ballades. Repos assuré Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui font le maximum pour que l'on soit très bien. Séjour très agréable !

Logement impeccable, très bien conçu et équipé, et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Literie très confortable. Situation idéale pour bien profiter de la Corse du nord. L'appartement est au calme, dans un bel environnement entre forêt et montagne. Saint Florent et sa belle plage et port à 5/7mn en voiture, Leclerc pour les courses à 3mn. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous rendant le séjour bien agréable. Merci encore à vous ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement

Deux semaines passées dans cette location où rien ne manque tout est neuf tout est beau. La réalisation, la décoration est faite avec gout. Les propriétaires Agnès et Jean sont des personnes charmantes, qui ont beaucoup d'humour et qui vous parlent de leur Ile de Beauté avec Amour, toujours prêt à vous donner des conseils. appartement fonctionnel ,confortable , propre , idéalement situé pour visiter Saint Florent , le désert des agriate , le Nebbio , le début du cap corse...le plus de cet appart : les propriétaires qui sont charmants , prévenants , disponibles , ce qui fait de cette location une adresse différente des autres . Un séjour reposant dans un cadre magnifique

Quel bonheur cette semaine dans cette location! Nous avions besoin de calme, de repos et de tranquillité nous avons pu les trouver. La location est idéalement située puisque pour qui veut un peu plus d'animations la très jolie ville de St-Florent est à quelques minutes en voiture. Là vous retrouverez nombre de commerces et restaurants ainsi que des navettes pour se rendre aux plages paradisiaques du "désert des Agriate". Le logement est neuf, très bien équipé et très confortable. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Nous remercions les propriétaires qui ont été très charmants, cordiaux et prévenants. Des propriétaires comme eux rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous vous recommandons cette location sans hésiter!
