"A lovely house on the hills just outside the centre of Stresa. Well equipped (except for an iron), though it would have helped if instructions on how to operate appliances were supplied. Clean and spacious, with beautiful views and a lovely garden.It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stresa from the property, but a 30 minute walk back, because it is all uphill!"

Zum Haus: Im Erdgeschoss überall Moskitonetze, typisch italienische Einrichtung mit relativ guten Betten und Matratzen. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen die sehr gut funktioniert haben. "When I asked some Italian friends about the most beautiful lake in Italy, they all mentioned "il Lago d'Orta". We decided to spend a week near the lake and were not disappointed. We liked the ancient villages of Orta San Giulo and Pella, the hikes around Ameno and the stunning views from the top of the Mottarone mountain, as well as the restaurants with great food. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We organised this very last minute and Illaria was swift in replying and very helpful indeed throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The village is sweet and the starting point for lovely walks. We ate in good restaurants nearby Orta which is beautiful. Even though we came late October early November the kids even jumped for a chilly dip in the pool. I would recommend a stay here "
