"We appreciated the very large room, good beds and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately, the restaurant was clearly understaffed, which led to long waits in spite of the 2 waiters doing their very best."

"Die Hausbootvilla ist einzigartig. Umfangreich und luxuriös ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich des Hausbootes mit der Terrasse l ädt zum Relaxen ein. Es fahren tagsüber viele Boote vorbei und es wird nie langweilig. Giethoorn selbst als Venedig des Nordens bezeichnet, verdient diesen Namen. Die Abwicklung der Reise war unproblematisch und ok."

"Spent 3 nights with my family in this wonderful accommodation. Great location, easy to get anywhere in Drachten, while being is a safe, secluded place for a quiet sleep, with horses grazing at a distance in front of your panorama window. Super clean, well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms, living room, bedrooms, everything worked, especially the air conditioning was a blessing during the tropical nights! Very friendly host, accommodating to all our needs. To be repeated."

"The rooms are very clean, and cleaned daily The rooms are large and consist of sleeping area and Living area, the views from the bedrooms are of the marina which are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and you can use the fantastic swimming pool as you wish. For the cyclists, take your bikes with you and there is a locked dry bike shed. The cycling paths are excellent, very safe and endless. They have a huge parking area and it's free"
