"The rooms are not as advertised so beware. Our room was barely big enough to fit our bed. Our bed was stained and the bathroom was not clean. It looked as if there was black mold growing on the tub and wall. The staff (at times) was very helpful minus when we attempted to call the front desk to get assistance. No one ever answered the phone."

"I was nervous to stay in this hotel as it was a bit more within budget and there were some old bad reviews. But, it was perfectly exactly what we needed. A clean, spacious hotel to stay in."

"New York City is, well, New York City; dirty, trash along sidewalks, stinky and loud. Hotels cannot help that, I chose this hotel only because it was walking distance from my family. Basically it was okay. No morning coffee available; machine was broken. Loud air conditioning. Staff was very cordial, however."
