"We were so happy to find this little gem in Seaford! Perfect location and perfect little home away from home. It has everything you need and easy access to everything nearby. We look forward to staying there again when we visit LI!"

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. "From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. "We had a fantastic time in New York, largely thanks to this apartment and the smooth, friendly communication with the host. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of the action, with shops, restaurants, and public transport just around the corner. The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear, but it is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again!"

"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

"Our stay for my triple celebration of a bachelorette party, bridal shower, and birthday was a huge success! The staff were very accommodating with any needs we had and the beds were spotless clean and comfy! I love that they gave us free drink cards and even wrote congratulations on them. Very thoughtful. The food options and bar area were also diverse in selection. Will be returning."

"This hotel was perfect for first time vacationers to New York. The room was spacious and clean. We had a walk in closet. The bathroom was great. Nice view of 6th street. The hotel is decorated in classic 1920s style, which we loved. The front desk and concierge, door man and other staff were very helpful and nice. This hotel is located with in walking distance of several major attractions and restaurants. A subway access point is a block a way. A couple of convenience stores and coffee shops are also extremely close. 40min taxi ride feom JFK. When we come back NY in the future we will definitely stay there again!"

"It was a teenie tiny room with dorm style shared bathrooms, but hey, it was cheaper than a regular hotel by $100 a night so I'll take it. You get what you pay for, and for this price, it's definitely worth it. The location is awesome and super convenient and located near a bunch of train lines. If crash space is all you need, then this is perfect."
