"We loved the location for a quick getaway from Austin to celebrate my birthday. The property and house were beautiful. We were visited by several deer multiple times each day. The dog bowls were a nice touch too. Definitely a great place for a romantic getaway."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and perfect for our needs. The hot tub and pool are fantastic. The property is quiet and secluded. There were a few issues that proved to be a nuisances and could use improvement:1. There is no hot water running to any of the showers in the main house. (Guest house was fine and strangely so were sink faucets in the main house)2. The gas stovetop burners did not work. The gas was disconnected and the valve key was missing. We planned on cooking several nights so this was a serious curveball for us. Thankfully there were a few standalone electric cooktops we could plug in. Which means they know the range doesn’t work so it should probably be listed so people aren’t misled. The plugins work in a pinch but are a poor substitute. 3. The air conditioner in the guest house / gaming room has trouble keeping up in the heat of the day. It couldn’t stay below 80."

"Our stay was great, the night sky was amazing and the place was very very clean ups in arrival. I would definitely stay again. There was very little to complain about however, outside lighting upstairs were not working. Bbq pit was also rusted at bottom. Other than those 2 things the place is amazing and again I definitely would recommend and book again. "
