"The property was okay, but did not quite meet expectations from the image. The location is perfect, and justifies the value a lot. Checking in went far from easy, being online and the agreed check in time delayed by over half an hour. I recommend the place if you’re willing to talk to an AI concierge instead of an in-person check-in."

"With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel."

"All in all it did the job but not a wow experience. Cleaning was not good. Contact persons to the place was great polite and accessible. Would most likely not use this place again. But for youngsters it might be suitable. "

"Room was clean but it was our honeymoon and we didn’t get any package as in roses in the room or anything. Hotel was just a room we get back to at the end of the day"

"We had a bad start of our stay with a room with AC that did not work properly, a toilet that flushed constantly. Somewhat surprising for a five star hotel. After a noisy and hot night we changed room next day and then everything was perfect."

"Mooie accomodatie met gratis koffie en thee. Ligt alleen wel een aardig eindje van Benidorm-centrum af"

"Very clean and cozy place to stay for guests looking for a calm and relaxing spot. Ideal for couples. It’s a bit far from the city so plan your displacements. We had a car and it was perfect, plus the parking lots near the hotel were free of charge. The room was clean and had all we needed for our stay! Would recommend to anyone."

"Fantastic location close to the beach I had a sea view room gorgeous view Staff friendly Food lovely Had a great time will return"

"Superbes piscines et le SPA de qualité. Situation idéale entre plage et magasins. Chambres très cosy et très propre. Seul petit bémol pas de lit double comme demandé."

"Lovely staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Food was lovely. Perfect location and the sea view rooms give a great view from your balcony. We would stay here again and again many future visits. Only downside is there is no swimming pool. The hot tub on the roof is a nice touch and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Highly recommend."

"The main reason I can’t be more positive is the road works outside the hotel. There are major excavations going on with huge piling machines and relentless noise, which quite frankly ruined the peaceful holiday we had hoped for. I am aware that the hotel is not responsible, but we should have been made aware of this before we booked/travelled. It was every day from 7am to 7pm! Some guests left and booked in to other hotels. The other disappointment for us was the room. We paid extra for a room...

"Veldig bra"

"Food was excellent, even though the hotel doesn’t do all inclusive the drinks were reasonably priced."

"Everything was lovely, clean & tidy, the staff were fantastic ..not the place for you if you can't handle a hard bed"
