"The unit was perfect for our weekend stay. As described and close to Old Town, downtown and San Diego in general."

"We had to wait almost 45 minutes beyond the check in time to get in. The property manager was still cleaning when we got there for check in. We were very frustrated by this as we had been traveling all day with a 5 year old and were ready to settle in. Everything ended up being fine, but I never received a response from Daniel after expressing my frustration and asking for a discount for my family's inconvenience. In addition, the lockbox code on the instructions was incorrect. They key didn't...
