"This boutique hotel was fabulous. Every single staff member we encountered was so helpful, friendly and kind. The location is absolutely perfect. The breakfast selection was ample and their omelettes are seriously one of the best I’ve ever eaten. I would advise though that anyone with severe accessibility needs may struggle here. There are no lifts in the hotel and therefore the bedrooms and breakfast lounge are only accessible via stairs. We honestly loved our stay here and would return to beautiful Tallinn and the Merchants Hotel in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone for making our stay here so memorable. "

"We had an amazing stay and wish we had longer in this beautiful luxury boutique hotel. Very centrally located in the old town of Tallin, close to great restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and warm and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were most obliging and helpful. We treated ourselves to the amazing private sauna. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend it highly. Hope to be back here some time. "
