"While this is a very chic hotel in a great location, room 105 really disappointed. It was extremely small and the window looked into a utility shaft. Not what I expected when I booked a room with a view into the atrium. Our window shades were closed during our entire day because of that. While this really damped our enthusiasm about the hotel, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was great."

"I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...
