"Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood"

"We had a great stay at this cute little bungalow. The place was super clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our weekend in Fredericksburg, including a nice bottle of wine and a hand-written welcome note from the host. The property is close to downtown, very walkable, and the off-street parking was appreciated. I would recommend the bungalow to anyone and would stay here if I find myself in Fredericksburg again."

"This property met our needs. It was clean and had plenty of room for all four of us - one couple, two friends. We received the instructions for entry one day prior, and everything was where it said it would be. The only compliant - the lighting in the main seating area was inadequate. There is a lamp that flickers and seems to be a bit faulty, there was no light from the fan above, and no lights overhead. Other than that compliant - it was was fine. "Bug infested, double booked, gave code to both familes, filthy dirty, moled towels, no amenidties *but wouldnt use them if they were there). Had to go buy paper towel, toliet paper, plates plasitcware, cups even for coffee. Towels had mold. Laundry coin operated and even if you have coin open the dorr get the stench of a lifetime. Oh and infested with ants and hornets. Stay outside its better"

The kitchen and bathrooms were really thoughtfully well stocked, with all the cooking tools we were looking for, spices, snacks, coffee and more. Check-in and checkout were incredibly easy, and the host responded quickly to any questions that came up."
