"This is a gem of a hostel, you can't go wrong. We had a 6 bed room to ourselves and, while initially looking a little on the cramped side, it was no bother at all as we mainly spent our time out and about. Spotlessly clean, great en suite shower, firm mattresses (which I thought were great, but guess that's down to personal preference!) The hostel is a 25 min walk from the centre of Cologne (Dom & railway station etc) and located a few mins walk from the buzzing Belgian Quarter, but still...

"It’s like a mini city in the hotel, there are restaurants, shops, spa, swimming. We had a wonderful stay. I do think that the beds were a bit uncomfortable for my standards. I do prefer a finer bed. But it was enjoyable for the time being"
