"The hotel is very nice. My room was large and had a good set up with a separate room for the toilet and one for the shower/tub and sink. Very clean. Reception was very helpful. There was some construction going on behind the property but it wasn't too noisy and they didn't seem to start work until after 9 am. The breakfast was very good too with lots of choices."

"The Hotel National Antwerp is the best value hotel we have stayed in throughout Europe. The rooms are a good size (you can open a suitcase on both sides of the bed), you can open a window and get fresh air, the amenities are good, and best all, all items in the bathroom work!! Great shower, the toilet flushes and the basin sink is not clogged. Amazing!! And the staff were very helpful too. Well done."

"I have taken a trip to Europe with a group of friends every spring for 8 years and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The rooms are large, beautifully furnished with chairs or a couch. The bathrooms are brand new and very high end. The hotel has the best breakfast buffet I have ever eaten. Coffee, tea and pastries are available in the dining room around the clock. The lounge is beautiful, comfortable and sunny. There is a lovely outdoor patio in back. The staff were universally charming and helpful. Antwerp was a great place to visit -- a wide variety of museums, beautiful views, great food, good shopping. Staying at this hotel made the trip even better -- it was in the perfect, most convenient location. "

"Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room. "
