"This Brownstone was Every and More for Our 4 day stay. It is in walking distance to the historic Apollo, shopping and food! The owner responded immediately when contacted about our only issue, the tub knob came off. Needless to say, I would stay here again!!!"

"I was very happy with our stay at this property. The room was clean and cozy. The Lobby, sitting area and outside of the building was clean. The host was attentive with responses and giving check in information. The location was absolutely amazing and perfect so many nice places within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. "On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. "

"This is a unique property that is able to sleep 15 people and has a beautiful room with windows that allowed for friends and family to celebrate an engagement. The host was very involved and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it for special celebrations in the city."

"For New York the hotel was a good deal better than we expected. The room was large, clean and given that NY never sleeps it was reasonably quiet. Yes the decor was a little tired but still very much to a reasonable standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The idea of the destination fee of $40 per day should be dropped and added to the standard charge. Then give the $15 as a bonus per day to spend in the shop. Many thanks for a great stay "
