"The customer service was outstanding! After a very long day of touring and walking, we returned to our room and discovered it had not been serviced. We reached out to the hotel only to be told that housekeeping was gone for the day and they could only refresh our towels. We received a text about our stay and after explaining the situation, housekeeping came, cleaned our room, replaced bed linen and refreshed our towels. We were sooooo apprehensive. Also Ken and Adena provided great customer service in their respective areas."

"The initial bellman was incredibly rude and talked down to me. Bad first impression! Hence, no tip which my friends told me he was mad about! Good! He deserved nothing for treating me like I was stupid! Rest of the stay was great. Love the rotating bar on 48th floor. Rooms were clean but there were no glasses in our room. Didn’t understand that one!"
