  • This tired little cottage needed some TLC. We bring it to you and your family in fully renovated condition. Two bedrooms with extra office/sunroom for additional guests. A stone’s throw from Cornfield Point Association and rocky beach.

    Boat ramp ocean access available to guests. Home has adequate driveway parking for trailer.

    Use of Cornfield Point Association clubhouse yard, tennis court, basketball court, included for guests, and private association beach, of course!
