Welcome to this beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage, nestled just steps away from the sandy shores of the highly sought-after Cornfield Point in Old Saybrook, CT., famous for its magical sunsets! This charming retreat offers stunning water views and a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach. The recent renovations blend modern conveniences with classic charm, creating an inviting space to unwind. Located on a quiet street you can enjoy your morning coffee with water views from the bistro area on the porch. This home offers everything you need from the spacious outside hot/cold shower, the lovely outside patio and use of the association beach only a one minute walk from the home. There is a 10% discount/week for stays of 2 weeks or more.

This property was beautifully kept and the location was perfect. Cornfield Point is a gorgeous, quiet community full of friendly patrons. We took full advantage of the comfortable outdoor patio and grill at the house. The beach was a short walk away with a sandbar perfect for my kids. Phyllis was extremely responsive to my questions ahead of our visit. We would definitely come back to this home for another summer family vacation.

Great Little Beach House

I brought my two small kids here for a week. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The public water access is just at the end of the road, and the Cornfield Point beach is less than a 5-minute walk. The kids loved being able to go to the water every day. I appreciated the views of the water from the enclosed patio. The neighborhood is very quiet, and this house sits just behind a 'castle' in the backyard. Phyllis was very easy to communicate with before the stay, as I had questions about the home being appropriate for the kids. The house is well stocked with dishes, towels, and coffee. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. The air conditioners in each room kept the house very pleasant in the summer afternoons and evenings. I would definitely book this home again on my next visit to Saybrook.
