"Iconic property. An enormous hotel but many parts worked quite well given its size - speedy elevators, accessible staff, plenty of space to eat.
Responses from the concierge were very inconsistent. In person requests were handled quickly; email requests were either ignored or the response came too late."

"Wonderful location! No breakfast or a place to rest outside your room since the restaurant is under a different ownership. Loved our room but shortcoming was no shampoo and shower gel refilled during our 3 day stay. Also, parking is just 1 block away but just another cost of $20.US Per day"

"Great room. Nice pool area that was fun to watch games from your balcony or the hot tub.
Very clean and perfect spot for walking around. Bus to the falls stops right outside.
Convenience store attached and restaurant was pretty good. Overall amazing"
