When we tried to open the door, the key worked, but door was manually locked and there was someone already inside After switching to correct room, the hotel forgot to take down my card to cover incidentals. So what did they do to get me down to put down my card? Just locked me out of my room altogether to get me to come to the front desk The hotel was great/beautiful. But the way things were handled were the opposite. Probably the strangest hotel experience I’ve had in my life"

"The only way to get to your room is an elevator, the bank of elevators have only one panel to service the multiple people staying there. It is not an easy or intuitive system and then cutting its abilities in half was not a fun experience."
