"Its an excellent hotel. Just a tiny heads up: be careful with the shower the don't have fan to circulate the air within the shower. I almost faint taking a long steaming shower. Always leave the shower door a little bit open"

"Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Great location as a home base for great 1-2 hour day trips. Pemaquid Point Lighthouse, North Conway NH Railroad, LL Bean, and Wolfe Neck State Park.

The only downside at all which was not related to the hotel at all was there was a group of many “professional” dog training individuals there with mostly Malinowski dogs. They were rude, uptight & let their dogs poop everywhere & not clean up.
