"The place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. A simple place within one block of the ocean. Can’t beat that! When we had an issue with WiFi, they responded promptly and all was rectified very quickly. Easy access upon arrival and clear directions about departure. Would recommend ."

"First, the good, the inside of our room was nice. We had two beds, a fridge, microwave, table and chairs and a tv. There was room to walk around. Now, the bad, upon arrival (after the 4pm check in time) there were trash bags lined up in front of our room. The housekeeper (Anne) was rude. The beds only had sheets and when asking housekeeper about blankets she rudely replied “well at least your room is clean”. She did bring the blankets a little later. "Beachfront 15 was right on the beach, on the second floor ( No Elevator for you handicapped people ). Basically, it’s a studio apartment/condo fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and the likes. If you’ve never stayed on the beach in the summer, you’re missing a great experience. And you’re only about 1 mile from Zoo Ville ( aka Old Orchard Beach ).If you are going to Old Orchard Beach I highly recommend the Beahfront Condotel for your stay."

"Immaculate, newly renovated, and nicely appointed with on property restaurants you can walk to. This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me, and Tony was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I highly recommend it!"

"Unit was spacious, the one bathroom was accessible only through one bedroom. Was not in the common area so was inconvenient. Kitchen had a good sized frig and lots of sunlight. Better AC in the back bedroom and get rid of kitchen ants- this place could be 5 stars. We used charcoal grill outdoors and was great. "

"Our stay was great and room was clean, quaint,and for the most part quiet. very close to the beach The waves were awesome ,hurricane Erin down south had something to do with this!! I would recommend this to other family members. If we go back to OOB we would stay there again. "
