Christmas on the Coast

Convenient location, short pathway to the ocean, and maybe a 15 minute walk to the pier. We've never walked on firmer sand. Accommodations were comfortable, clean,and bright. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location !

Fortunately we had the most beautiful weather this weekend! House was perfect and close to everything. We enjoyed a day in Portland visiting the waterfront shops and eateries. You can't go wrong with this rental property!!

Just Perfect!

What a wonderful week we had! Just steps from the beach! We walked the beach at least once a day, played frisbee, listened to the waves crash on the shore -We only ate out for one meal- we enjoyed family dining at the table- looking out at the ocean. The location is also a plus- easy to walk downtown.

Wonderful stay and location!

The house is very cool and the location could not be more perfect. Had to contact the host in order to get inside because I was having trouble with my app, and she was a very lovely and helpful person. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location!

The house was beautiful! Very clean and had everything you need, plus! Great views and steps from the beach. Perfect location, it’s a half mile to the pier and it’s located on a quiet side street. My family and I loved it and we would definitely stay there again!

Great house & location

Great location just steps to the beach. Lots of private deck space outdoors where you could see and hear the ocean. Walking distance to lots of food & beverage options. The house was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend to others and stay here again!

Great spot!

Perfect location! We had perfect weather during our stay so time spent at "home" was minimal. This was more than enough space for us. The owner stopped over to perform some yard maintenance. He was very nice and personable. We will be back! Thank you!

Never want to leave!

Me and my family are still so sad to leave this beautiful beach house! There is unbelievably easy access to the beautiful beach, and the property space was perfect for our family of four. Our extended family and friends enjoyed stopping in to enjoy the beach for the day as well. The property was perfectly located, not too far, but far enough from the nearby boardwalk where the noise and crowds won’t be a concern, but if you want to catch the boardwalk action, it’s a perfect walking distance from the property. We also have to give a huge shout out to the host, Kimberley, who so kindly accommodated with our families needs, responds instantly, and just creates a perfect friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests. My family is already looking into booking again next year!

Great 3 day stay.

"Girls" trip to Maine (ages ranging from 21 to 78). We decided to stay 3 nights at Old Orchard Beach. 3 Morrison was a great choice. We were within walking distance to the beach and to town. We had everything that we needed for our stay including music from the juke box. Kim was very fast in responding to a few questions that we had. Thanks for a fun stay.

Great family vacation house

This was a great house for our family’s week in OOB. Our 3 girls (8,10,12) shared the queen bed in the second bedroom. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach and far away enough from the pier that we didn’t feel crowded on the beach. We had a nice view of the fireworks from our spot on the beach. Best part… a hot/cold outdoor shower for getting the sand off of you. We walked to dinner near the pier on most nights. Not too far for the kids to walk.

Beach Haven!

Kim’s property is less than a 1/2 block from the beach. The location was fantastic for our family. It gave us the ability to go back and forth from the cottage to the beach multiple times a day/evening. Multiple decks/porches also let us enjoy the beach air from the house. The cottage was roomy enough for the five of us. The pull out bed downstairs got heavy use. Plenty of linens and towels available. Kitchen is equipped with basics which was very important to us as we do prefer to eat in/cook. Unique to the cottage was a 60’s era jukebox that worked with a quarter. Overall, the property and our experience with Kim was great!

Wonderful Week in OOB

The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed being just minutes from the beach. The multiple decks and patio area were enjoyed daily. We had coffee on the deck near the sliding doors, lunch under the umbrella on the patio and night caps on the deck off the second floor ! Our granddaughters walked to the pier (.6 mi.) several evenings to enjoy the night life with other young adults. Our daughter and son- in-law spent a few days at the hotel right across the street. My brother and sister-in-law spent two days at the Atlantis Motel which is very close by. The house location is perfect ! Kim and Russell were exceptional hosts ! I've rented houses in the area for over twenty years. I highly recommend renting this house. You won't be disappointed !

Very quiet and very close to the beach and attractions

We loved our stay on the north end of Old Orchard Beach. This is a beach house with solid floors (not carpet). So that makes it cleaner, but it also makes it sandy at times. The furniture etc was a bit aged but worked properly and is representative of a good ole beach house. The street was extremely quiet. It is literally steps from the beach and just over a half mile walk (down the beach or sidewalk) to the pier area with all the restaurants and attractions. Parking was easy. The owner responded right away when I enquired about arrival. This was our favorite week of a long 3 week vacation. One of my boys forgot a small bag with his wallet and random things in it. Kim immediately messaged me and shipped us his bag and even included a little gift. Great spot!
