"The property is excellent. There were paddle boats, kayaks, and a paddle boat available to use. Kids loved playing in the sand with the provided sand toys. All of the games in the garage were also functional and enjoyed by all in our group. Rooms are good size. Only downfall was bathrooms. The upstairs master shower can only fit in very skinny people due to the way the doors are installed. In the downstairs bathroom, you have to get in the shower/bath before you can turn the water on, because there is a glass panel that is fixed closed in the front. Also found the front door lock confusing, but that may just be my own issue with not being tech savvy. Otherwise, property was stellar, and we plan to return."

"Great property for a family reunion of 24 of us. Plenty of room lots of fun water toys and host was fantastic. Note that the water can be bay is very shallow and needed to trim up your pontoon motor to avoid hitting the mud."

"We enjoyed our girls weekend here! The place is a little tricky to find but once you do, it's worth it. It's new and very clean, and spacious. The screened in porch was perfect for hanging out in after the mosquitos came out. It's close to Buckhorn State park and Castle Rock Lake. A short drive to Shipwreck Bay and the Dirty Turtle for meals out. Very nice accommodations, would stay again!"

"I don't know how many times I just looked around this place and said you know when you go and you are looking at pictures it always seems so much better than real life. no, this place surpassed the pictures. this was an amazing place from start to finish our kids were blown away we were blown away. There was more than enough room for all of us we all spent felt very spoiled. I guess the only thing we could say they could be added was maybe larger pots and pans and since there's large groups being there but most of us brought the aluminum pants to bake our food items in anyhow so there was only once or twice we were like oh darn we wish we had this and they have aluminum fry pants so you do need to bring your own oil. We loved it so much we're going back next year ."
