"Considering that this hotel does not have reception, I was concerned about it, but I have to say that the coordination, system and instructions was fantastic. On top the room had everything you need and super clean and safe, I fully recommend it."
"I found the hotel very clean and tidy, with interiors recently refurbished, in particular the bathrooms were equipped with newest facilities. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel. I have nothing negative to report and can only recommend the hotel. "

"It’s a nice hotel, although the underground car park is undergoing renovations (August 2025) meaning parking can be difficult. That said, the helpful check in staff kindly allowed us to park out the front near the entrance.
Breakfast was excellent, although staff are keen to close on time so make sure you’ve finished before the official breakfast end time. "
