"In Phnom Penh, you do not have to pay too much attention to the hotel location. Tuktuk rides do not cost you much if you wish to have a drink at night. I would rather cherish the quiet atmosphere around the hotel. Luxcity Hotel is perfect in that sense. Across the street is a military barrack. The hotel restaurant provide beautiful local foods all day long."

"a very clean room with great helpful staff when needed assistance regard the room or facilities. The only bad point is the slow lift as it alway goes to top level, sometime have to give up waiting and takes the emergency stairs, luckily i was given a room at lower level just a 1-2 minute walk down 😁"
