  • 1 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment with open concept floor plan in convenient location. Bedroom with attached bath has a queen bed and tv with Roku. Half bath off the living space with a washer/dryer. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a large table. Living room has leather seating and a large tv with Roku. High speed Wifi and central A/C throughout. Private entrance; non-smoking and no pets allowed; off-street parking for one car. 5 minutes from beach & local parks!

This place was perfect for a relaxing beach weekend. It was clean, cozy and beautiful with everything we needed including a little table outside for morning coffee and conversation. This place will not disappoint you!

This was a lovely apartment! It was the perfect size for my trip, being that I was traveling solo. It was ideally located for me. Very close to many attractions. The apartment was very comfortable, and had the needed amenities to have a great stay. Would stay again!

The unit was spotless, and comfortable,with plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. The host was helpful and communicated with us quickly. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful yard. We were a very short distance from beaches, restaurants and some shops. We would definitely stay again.Thank you!

Jon and Erica were excellent hosts and everything was as described. The property is clean, well maintained, bright and sunny. The kitchen space is excellent for cooking and having a washer/dryer was key! Plenty of cooking supplies provided and also the bed and bedroom were very spacious. The walk-in closet is a nice touch as well. This is also a very reasonably priced rental and located centrally to many shops, restaurants and the beach. This is one of the best rental options in old lyme and can't recommend this enough. Zero issues with noise and a wonderful neighborhood!

I would highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a lovely outside seating area where you can enjoy the flowering gardens. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions.

Great property and host

The suite was exactly what we needed. It was nice to have a kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms and even a washer/dryer. Jon was quick to respond to my messages and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful, Very Clean, Quiet

The hosts were as nice as can be! The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Close enough to beaches, and anytime of the day great dining. This has to be, hands down, the cleanest rental I've ever stayed at!On check out day, the host messaged me to tell me they had no guest checking in, so we could stay as late as we like, no hurry on what time to check out that day.I highly recommend this place!!!!!
