"I wasn't sure about the area around the location but the hotel itself was new and just what I needed for an overnight stay. Bus stop and Sainsbury's local was a few minutes walk away and the hotel is only 4 stops from Stratford bus station & Westfield shopping centre (with lots of restaurants there). Parking on site was available. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating and I was offered free hot and cold drinks on arrival (and free throughout the stay). I had an issue with the room and was moved quickly and efficiently. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with all I needed, the bed was comfy, the room had air conditioning and the shower was clean and hot. A variety hot and cold breakfast options in the pleasant reception area made it a pleasant start to the day. If I were coming to Stratford in the future, I'd be happy to stay here again. "

"What a find! Went to a gig at the O2 and we will definitely be using the hotel again!! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a secure car park which other hotels haven’t got. Rooms were brilliant, shower amazing, over all 10 out of 10. Definitely use this hotel to get to 02 as so easy to get to. Thanks for a great stay!!!"
