"Very disappointed that we could not get on the tv the bills vs patriots game-and front desk was not helpful at all when having issues with tv Also disappointing that the resort charges/fees - which we did not use- are charged separately- really is a bait & switch technique- if I have to pay it should just be part of the cost you advertise- then Expedia you are getting actual cost like the other hotels give you Getting to be like the airlines- nothing included in room charge- pretty soon we will have to pay if want a bed and want to use the bathroom"

"Great stay loved the room and the tv in the bathroom mirror was amazing. We ate at Tony’s restaurant while there which was fantastic. My only complaint and area of improvement was the breakfast provided in the AM was awful. Just a few baked pastries,granola bars and yogurt provided. Basically something to grab and go but not sure can really be counted as “breakfast included” other than that though we loved the room and property."
