"Management wasn’t truthful or helpful when I needed help adjusting a rate. I downgraded from what I was charged and she said she didn’t see any change in price on her end, that they didn’t price match and made multiple excuses not to help me. Hilton does price match. I would think they’d definitely price match their own website. She stated she couldn’t go off their website. The place was lovely, but don’t expect management to help if you. "

"We stayed at Carriage Way Inn for two nights in May. Everything was absolutely perfect. Lisa the manage and the rest of the staff were superb. Attentive, personable, warm, and sweet. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. Breakfasts were gourmet, with a different menu every day. Not to mention freshly made coffee and freshly baked cookies every day, and complimentary wine, soft drinks and water available all day. Even sherry at the bedside. Great location and free parking to boot. We definitely recommend Carriage Way Inn!"

"Breakfast was good. As far as anyone helping you -pretty non existent. We had several bags - not one finger was lifted to help not even offering a cart to transport our luggage . We were suppose to have water front. We had a door with a window that led to a patio that faced the driveway- turn your head you could see the water. And there was a dog that kept barking."

"It was overall good - great location for our needs. Housekeeping was rarely seen for fresh towels, we emptied our own trash each day (the do not disturb sign was not out). The building could definitely use some updates but perfect location for walking to everything."
