"Although my friend and I had originally booked a room to share, we decided last minute to book two separate rooms. When we arrived and requested the change, it was handled quickly and efficiently (even though I had originally booked through a third party). Stefan and Olga at the front desk were so helpful and made our stay so enjoyable and provided any information we asked for. The rooms are not air conditioned, but even during the 90+degree heat wave the rooms were not unbearably hot. But be aware that there is NO guest regulated AC. Location was excellent with a 7-11 across the street, several good restaurants close by and short walking distance to transportation and sites. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The Hub is an incredibly well located hotel. The tram/train station is literally across the street. Shopping surrounds it. There are restaurants and eateries at all prices available. Staff are wonderfully helpful. If you ask for assistance, it is immediately available. Amenities are pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. If you want a shower cap, a vanity kit or anything else, you have to ask at the front desk. No AC but the windows open. If the windows are open, the ventilation system stops working. Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom had a musty odor. Again, no fan in the bathroom. We were there for 3 nights. The bed and pillows and duvet were excellent. Oh, the breakfast buffet is amazing. Very attentive to food allergies and a huge variety of food. The natural yogurt is superb. Coffee is delicious and hot. Can’t beat the location and service!"

"Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. I found the room small & and not really huge amounts of room for two suitcases. On the plus side, it was the height of summer & there was air con and the room comes with a decent smart bathroom. The conditioner was cheap and useless - bring your own. Pool & sauna pleasant but they could do up the basement entrance to it. Overall though, in a very central location close to the harbour & lots of nice restaurants."

"One word: WOW! Clean, great location, very friendly welcome when checked in (thank you ABDI for top customer service and customer appreciation!) Breakfast was wonderful and plenty! We would like to say a special thank you to Marcos and leave a great shoutout to ANGELA and AMALIE! We have traveled around the world and can truly say that these ladies are in it for the right reasons. They love serving their customers. Being greeted with such a great, genuine smile in the morning and seeing them work so hard to satisfy their (not always friendly or appreciative) customers only deserves one verdict: PERFECT - A+++! We hope that they will be in the loop for the next promotion. Thank you Scandic St. Olavs Plass!"
