Sea view villa

This is a spacious single-family villa built in the early 1970s and renovated a few years ago, featuring ocean views and a large garden on all four sides, situated in a panoramic location on the Pittulongu headland, 500 m from the sea.

Externally, it appears as a single-story home with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Pittulongu; the construction style is that of load-bearing masonry buildings typical of the area, with facades finished in natural-colored plaster, “bausta”-type reinforced concrete roof slabs topped with “coppo”-style clay tiles, the interior and exterior window and door frames are made of solid wood, with shutters also made of wood.

Inside, the building consists of a large room that serves as a dining-living room and spans the entire villa, connecting—via a wide opening—to the covered veranda that overlooks the garden and offers a view of the Gulf; the room separates the living area and kitchen—which has direct access to the veranda—from the entrances to the sleeping quarters, which appear completely separate from the rest of the home and consist of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The property is completed by a spacious basement cellar and a detached garage.

Outside, there is a granite-paved area and another paved with crushed stone that connects the garage to the two entrance gates; the well-maintained garden is surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and the granite rocks typical of the area.

Two splendid semicircular beaches with fine sand complete the enchanting setting.

The land on which the villa stands slopes gently toward the sea but, further on, descends toward the state highway, preventing any future construction.
