Lovely apartment located in the village of artists, "Cugnana" area. At the entrance you will find a colorful zone with a lot of flowers, the apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, sofa, table and chairs, a large outdoor area also with table and chairs. The property has private parking and a wonderful swimming pool, a good alternative to the beautiful beaches. The strategic location allows you to reach in just 10 minutes by car the famous Porto Rotondo and Portisco and the historic city center of Olbia. You can easily reach Marinella and Rena Bianca, beaches with crystal clear waters. The structure is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday immersed in a unique natural environment.

Very small and old Apartment, Beautiful artistic building.

Our stay was OK, nothing more, nothing less. It was fine for our short stay of three days, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. Everything in the apartment is small, the bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen. Besides that, everything is also very old, it smells old and not much is done to make it look more modern. If you like that, this apartment is fine. A few of the inhabitants of the building are permanent inhabitants, and they will let you know that. Our kids were not allowed to play with a football on the grass pitch, etc. The pool was nice, not too big, one side really deep, the other, really shallow.
