"The place is centrally located yet quiet. Nicely furnished, very spacious and clean. No air conditioner so it was hot at 90 degrees. A fan was provided, but very noisy. The patio door from the bedroom was broken and could not be closed or locked. We were locked out on the second day due to keyless entry pad that ran out of batteries. There is no on site person, so we had to call the remote management (an international call for US phones) to get someone to change the batteries which took a couple of hours, a very frustrating experience. However, you cannot beat the location."

"Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are very polite and professional. My only wish, maybe a kettle in the room for that 5am coffee and a fan, the rooms are always too hot for me. Nevertheless a great hotel with great staff"

"I absolutely love staying here! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also two restaurants to choose from, making it a truly great place to stay. Teplice is the city, and Hotel Monopol is the place to be!"

"Für einen Ausflug mit großer Familie (16 Personen) super geräumig. Durch seperate Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern hat jeder genügend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit.Jeweils 2 Kühlschränke, Geschirrspüler und Backöfen erleichtern das Kochhändling enorm.Die Übergabe verlief super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.Es ist ausreichend Geschirr und Zubehör in der Küche vorhanden. Einzig die Sauberkeit der Kochutensilien hätte vereinzelt besser sein können. Das ist sicherlich dem regen Kommen und Gehen der Gäste geschuldet.Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein.Uns hat das Wochenende sehr viel Spass gemacht! Danke dafür "
