"Beautiful traditional French house, lovingly cared for by its owner. Large bedroom with plenty of space, good size bathroom with jet bath. A little difficult with no shower attachment on the wall, a minor detail. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented and thoughtfully put together. The host was wonderful and went out of his way to be helpful. There was a language barrier which made the whole stay fun, we used Google translate a lot! There’s a lovely patio area with relaxing chairs and a hot tub...

"You will love this charming BnB in an old French house, in a small town between Carcassonne, Narbonne, and Minerve village. Owners Chris and Paul are just wonderful, we had a beautiful high ceilinged room. We enjoyed the beautiful pool to cool off in every day, and the lovely garden paths. Breakfast is great. "La maison d’hôtes est une superbe demeure du 19ème siècle en plein cœur de Capestang à côté de sa très belle collégiale et de sa sympathique place principale. Son caractère ancien est très bien mis en valeur (belles portes, carreaux de ciment, moulures, cheminée). "We had a night here and its a room in the owners house, never been in to a b@b like this before but the owners are absolute diamonds and cant say how lovely and friendly they are. The accommodation is spotlessly clean the breakfast was superb and we will be going back here again they were so helpful and it is in such a lovely location. We loved it."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night.
