"I like the property it was beautiful. The room was okay. But it felt more like a college dorm room than a mountain retreat. I get you root for your college team but not everyone will like that in their motel room. It needed to be more neutral for everyone. We had no towels in our room and a good thing we brought our own for swimming at the lake."

"The location of the cabin was excellent! Our host was very nice and accommodating. The cabin its self was in desperate need of a deep clean and updating. I don’t know what year it was built but I believe everything was original. The bed is VERY tight for 2 adults. Please be aware the excessive ($$$$) deposit took over 2 weeks to be refunded to our acct. This cabin has so much potential!"

"The Hobbit House is a beautiful depiction of fantasy and folklore. The hosts took great care in creating a number of Middle Earth features at this property, the most significant being the Hobbit door and wood engraved door. Almost everything in the house has an old world or antique feel to it. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and there are numerous places for your group to relax with a book or sleep. The host was very responsive in answering questions and check in was simple. If you love Tolkien or fantasy books this is the spot for you. There are a number of fascinating decorative pieces that will spark some conversation over beloved storybooks. This is also a great place for anyone who would like a unique place to stay in Arkansas. We hope to return again someday."
