"Treatment at this property was second to none. Amazing! The staff, the amenities even the food plenty to choose from. Nice atmosphere to sit in. Pool too cold for me and the millions of cats i don't care for. The stair problem is a very big problem for disabled despite the ramps they have in which was also too steep for me you encounter stairs where you can't use the wheelchair. "My family spent a week at the hotel. The area is nice and beautiful. If you need some shopping, there are several market centers there, where you can find almost everything. The rooms are comfortable, but I do not recommend to stay in Moonlight building. We changed twice rooms there and both times we had leaking at the wash room, that created terrible smell. "Not much we could fault at this hotel - one or two things like the strange rules about booking into the a la carte restaurants, the rather noisy domestic staff whose base was right outside our door (in fairness, we were offered an alternative room) and the fact that the band in the bar played the same repertoire every night. The beach is pretty stony. But on the whole, a really excellent place to stay."
