This is a new property so everything is new and nice. The desk personnel were very nice It was very quiet in our room.

We stayed for 5 days there and the rooms were amazing. Definitely felt like being at home and being able to relax without issues. Would definitely come back again for another longer stay.

Very convenient for the JR line and metro with lots of convenience stores in the area

I thought the overall hotel was excellent. A few negatives are-1. No place where you can just pop down and get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. 2. Almost no one spoke English and was very hard to communicate with staff. 3. You had to taxi everywhere( great setting ) but, off the major arteries. 4. Thought it was expensive in their restaurants except for the Chinese. That was fantastic. Finally, service was amazing but, again language barrier was tough. I'm a member of the Mauna Kea Hotel and Golf Club in Hawaii since 2006 so part of the family. Enjoyed the stay but, would need to think about going back on next trip to Tokyo. Stayed in the canopy king room Room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious Breakfast was limited same a choice of 3 items which you could alternate but the small buffet items was the same everyday which could get boring if staying for longer. Staff was friendly enough and try to help if needed.
