"For a one night stay it was fine. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you have a toddler. Baby would be fine. Quite noisy until 8 pm directly above the bedroom so it was a bit difficult to get my babies to sleep with all the action. But like I said one night was fine. Would recommend this place for a singular traveller or a couple. Street parking is not a really a thing. "

"It was mostly clean but the table/desk needed cleaning. The supplied cutlery was also dirty. It was used and had not been wiped off. Some shelves or hooks in the bathroom would be very helpful as there is no where to put your toiletries, nor any way to clean the cutlery/dishwater you may use. The iron is old and scorched a hole in the shirt I tried to iron. We were supplied only two towels and one facecloth for two people."

"The Place smelled good when we came in. The owner was accomodating and was patient and kind enough to meet all our needs and requests. The place was clean, and we had no issues with anything at all. The owner was also easy to reach in times when we needed anything. Overall, me and my family had a comfortable stay! Would definitely come back! "

"This suite was clean, nicely decorated & well equipped. Good neighbourhood close to MRU. Second bed (futon) is not suitable for an adult as it is very small, but would be ok for a child to sleep on. The suite is not soundproofed very well and the people upstairs are very noisy. I’d recommend staying here if you don’t need the second bed as it is clean, convenient, and well priced."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful basement apartment for five days (grandma, mom, and 17 year old daughter). The owner was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. There was on street and a small parking spot available in the driveway. You must traverse steps to get to the basement, so keep that in mind. Loved the availability to use the desk and provided monitor and keyboard for work. Nice large TV with multiple options to watch TV (Netflix, Youtube, etc). This space left nothing to...

"We travelled from the Coast for our niece's wedding on the Labour Day Weekend. This home provided lots of room for us all to enjoy and bedrooms were situated for our little grandkids to sleep peacefully while the adults visited. Plenty of room outside to enjoy the beautiful Alberta landscape. The host was available for any questions. And the stars were amazing!! Thank you Evan, we had an amazing time at your beautiful ranch house."
